One of the traditional culinary delights in South Bangka is Mie Habang or often referred to as Mie Kuah Ikan Kota Toboali. This food is a typical Bangka Malay culinary that has been passed down from generation to generation and can be found especially in Toboali City which is the capital of South Bangka Regency. Basically, Toboali has a variety of delicious and fun culinary choices that should not be missed. However, this Mie Kuah Ikan is one of the right choices and is already very well known as a culinary with a unique and distinctive taste in Toboali City. Toboali city's Fish Noodle Soup, known as "Mie Habang," is one of the traditional culinary dishes that has important cultural and historical value in South Bangka Regency.
